ODU distributes your individual share of the monthly Displacement Compensation directly to your account — not through your employer. Paid for as long as the AI system runs.
Your vote matters
No Accord proceeds without 65% of the affected worker pool voting to accept. You see the independently calculated terms before you decide — and you decide together.
Independent calculation
The ODU Audit System independently calculates the Displacement Compensation using your salary, seniority, and the AI system's documented efficiency gains. No company self-reporting accepted.
Advance notice
Companies announce transitions on ODU before they happen. You get time to understand your options, organise with colleagues, and make an informed choice.
Permanent public record
Your Accord's status — Active, Lapsed, Cancelled, or Completed — is permanently listed in the public ODU registry. If a company stops paying, it shows.
Your choice
Don't want to participate? Standard severance still applies. The ODU Accord is a collective vote — your individual decision is protected regardless of the outcome.
